The prices above cover my work only. Hosting, domain names, WhatsApp API fees, and any third-party tools are separate costs you pay directly to those providers.
What is a simple website?
+
A few pages that tell people who you are, what you do, and how to reach you. Think: Home, About, Services, Contact. No logins, no accounts, no payments. Just a clean online presence. Good for businesses that just need to be findable and look professional.
What is a full website?
+
A website where users can create accounts, log in, and actually do things · book appointments, submit forms, manage a profile, access content, or interact with your business in some way. More complex than a simple site but not a full online store.
What is an online store?
+
A website where customers can browse your products, add them to a cart, and pay. Includes order management, product listings, and a way for you to see and fulfil orders. Think Jumia but yours, for your business specifically.
What is a WhatsApp or Telegram bot?
+
A number or account that automatically replies to customers, collects their information, answers their questions, and carries out tasks · without you lifting a finger. It runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers message it like a person, it responds like a person.
What is a script or automation?
+
Something you currently do manually that a computer can do for you. Sending emails, copying data from one place to another, filling forms, generating reports, renaming files · if it's repetitive and follows a pattern, it can be automated. You set it up once, it runs forever.
What does the price actually cover?
+
My time and skill · designing, building, and delivering the product. It does not include hosting (the server that keeps your site running), domain names (your .com or .ng address), WhatsApp or Telegram API fees, payment gateway charges, or any other third-party tools. Those are ongoing costs you pay directly to the providers. I can help you understand what you'll need and roughly what they cost · just ask.
How does payment work?
+
70% upfront before I start, 30% when the work is delivered and you're happy. The upfront payment confirms the project is real and covers the time I block out for you. No payment, no start date.
What if I need changes after it's done?
+
Small fixes are included for the first 2 weeks after delivery. After that, ongoing changes and support are quoted separately. To keep things smooth, revisions are batched · you collect everything you want changed throughout the week and send them on the agreed revision day. Individual change requests sent outside that day are handled on the next revision day.
